Plans

Three plans, no packs, no wallet

Every plan gives you the whole judgement: every verdict, the reason behind each one, and the four things a drawing cannot tell anybody. What you pay for is the change — the redrawn structure line — and the room to go round again.

01Where the line is

Free tells you where the trouble is. Paid tells you what to do about it.

On the free plan

Three sketches a month, fully marked. You see which parts will not work and exactly why, and you see everything the read cannot know. The exported sheet carries a watermark.

The watermark is placed clear of the reasons and clear of the list of what cannot be known. Saying a thing will not work and then covering the reason would be worse than saying nothing.

What paying adds

The revision drawing. Where a part needs changing, the corrected structure line is drawn over your own, so you can see what moved.

And room to iterate. Revising a sketch is a loop — change it, send it back, look again — and three a month does not cover one turn of that loop.

03Allowance

What one read costs against your allowance

  • One question about a sketch1
  • Reading the structure of a sketch2
  • Annotated sheet and revision drawings5

The rules, in plain terms

  • The monthly allowance resets on the renewal date. Anything unused is not carried over.
  • There are no credit packs, no top-ups and no stored balance.
  • The allowance measures use of the service. It is not currency, not stored value, not refundable and not transferable.

If you routinely run out, the answer is the plan above, not a top-up. There is no top-up to sell.

04Billing

Before you enter a card

  • Tax is already in the price

Every figure on this page includes value added tax at 23%. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.

  • It renews until you stop it

Monthly plans renew monthly, yearly plans renew yearly. The date and the amount are shown before you confirm, and again in the confirmation email.

  • Cancelling is one page

From the billing page, in the same number of steps it took to subscribe. No phone call, no email, no retention offer.

  • Fourteen days to withdraw

As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw. Checkout asks separately whether you want the service to start straight away and whether you accept that this ends the right. Neither box is ticked for you.
